The Lafayette is a popular floorplan that is all one story but gives you 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths PLUS an office. The grand side porch area is an extension of the living area and really can be utilized for outdoor entertaining. The living room has so much natural light in this floorplan with two sets of French doors accessing the side porch and the front windows have great transoms. The grand kitchen is lovely and open to the large living area with a great eat in island. The bedrooms are off of the back of the home. The office is close to the master bedroom and you will love the size of the master bedroom and master bathroom.
