At .85 acres lot 96 of the Sanctuary is the last Wooded estate Lot available. The Sanctuary is the newest large lot custom home community to EBR parish. It is a 75 acre development on the corner of Tiger Bend Rd and Babin Rd and borders Lake at White Oak and consist of 105 lots. The lots range from .3 acres – 1.4 acres with the average lots being around .5 acres. There are 40 lots in the development that are .5 acres and larger.
