This green house is truly green! It has solar panels, a shutter system, a tankless water heater, beautiful natural lighting, an herb garden, and a courtyard. A car charger could easily be installed by the driveway. It retained its historic charm but was completely renovated in 2014. The house was rewired, replumbed, and a HVAC system was installed. It also has cement board siding and newly milled or repaired wood windows. Importantly, lead remediation was carried out by an EPA-certified technician.
